PCA’s mission is to improve the quality of life for older Philadelphians and people with disabilities and to assist them in achieving their maximum level of health, independence and productivity.

Milestones provides older adults with news, health tips, activities, and opportunities for involvement in their communities. This tabloid-style print newspaper is published monthly and distributed for free at more than 900 locations throughout the city of Philadelphia, as well as lower Bucks and eastern Montgomery counties. There are 78,000+ subscribers to Milestones.
State of the Agency Report
The State of the Agency provides the impact PCA has offered to Older Philadelphians, through its various programs. The report also offers future impacts and financials.
The design is based off of PCA’s ad campaign through 2022 and 2023.
